By booking a consultation or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

I offer one-to-one online astrology consultations, including Birth Chart Readings, Follow-Up Consultations and Astrocartography Readings.

Astrology is a tool for self-understanding, reflection, and personal growth. It is designed to offer perspective rather than certainty and should not be considered a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Booking & Payment

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Prices displayed on the website are valid at the time of booking and may change in the future without prior notice.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund.

Refunds are processed within up to one week.

If you let me know in advance, I'll be happy to arrange another appointment at a time that works for both of us.

If I need to reschedule your consultation for any reason, you will be offered the next available appointment that suits you.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the consultation will be considered cancelled.

Refund Policy

Because each consultation requires preparation and dedicated time, refunds are generally not available once a consultation has taken place.

If technical issues prevent the consultation from being completed, we will arrange another suitable time to finish the session.

Your Responsibility

Please ensure that the birth information you provide (date, time and place of birth) is accurate.

The consultation is intended to support your own reflection and decision-making. Any choices or actions you take following a consultation remain your own responsibility.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed during our consultation is treated as confidential.

Your personal information and the content of our sessions will never be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Providing the Service

I will provide each consultation with professional care and attention, drawing on my knowledge and experience in astrology.

If circumstances beyond my control prevent a consultation from taking place, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment or, where appropriate, issue a full refund.

Intellectual Property

Any written materials, recordings, guides, or other resources provided as part of your consultation remain my intellectual property.

They are intended for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without my written permission.

Disclaimer

They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
